Whole-Home Audio: Designing Multi-Room Sound
Whole-home audio done right is invisible: music follows you from kitchen to patio at the same comfortable level, and the house looks exactly as the architect intended.

Zones, not volume
The core idea is zones: independent areas that can play the same music together or different sources at once. Kitchen, office, primary suite, patio. Design starts with how you live: where music actually plays in your week, not how many speakers fit in a ceiling plan.
Architectural speakers
In-ceiling and in-wall speakers deliver room-filling sound with nothing on shelves and no wires on walls. Paint-matched grilles make them functionally invisible. In listening-critical rooms we position them for stereo imaging rather than symmetric ceiling aesthetics, and the difference is audible immediately.
Outdoor sound that respects neighbors
Outdoor zones use landscape speakers aimed into the yard with buried subwoofers, producing even coverage at low volume instead of one loud speaker by the door. The result carries conversation-level music across a patio without broadcasting to the street.
Streaming, vinyl, and everything between
Modern systems put every source in every room: streaming services, the turntable in the study, the TV audio from the family room. One app runs it all, and physical keypads keep it usable for guests and kids.
Wired backbone, wireless convenience
Wireless speakers are convenient; wired zones are reliable for decades. In new construction and remodels we wire every zone. In finished homes we blend wired and wireless intelligently so the system feels seamless either way.
Frequently asked questions
Can this be installed in a finished home?
Yes. In-ceiling speakers retrofit through modest openings, and we route wire through attics and basements with minimal patching.
Does it work with Spotify and Apple Music?
Every major service, plus AirPlay, radio, and your own library. Each family member keeps their own accounts and presets.
How many zones do I need?
Most homes land between four and eight. We design so you can start smaller and add zones later without rework.
